Tracy Aleksic, Practitioner

Tracy, C-I.A.Y.T., RYT500/E-R.Y.T.500, is an internationally renowned experienced yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance educational provider (YACEP), therapeutic and prenatal Thai massage therapist, foot reflexologist, and trauma release facilitator who travels the world and inspires people to embody their fullest potential. She is the author and co-director of the 200-hour Bright Yoga Teacher Training program.

Tracy began her yogic studies in 1998 and received her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teaching certifications through Inner Vision Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004. This is also where she studied extensively under David Berceli who developed a revolutionary method for stress and trauma recovery. With her experience, she weaves anatomical focus, emotional balance, and energy awareness, intermingled with a playfulness using movement as medicine.

While living in Phoenix, some of Tracy’s early yoga experiences were co-founding Yoga for Parkinson’s disease at the Barrow Neurological Institute, rehabilitating bodybuilders through Hatha and Yin yoga practices, and teaching yoga and holistic practices to psychiatric patients. Their benefits were documented and many of these patients were weaned off their psychotropic medications and taught helpful coping skills.

Tracy traveled extensively around the world for several years studying various meditation and spiritual traditions which she incorporates into her teachings. She studied prenatal Thai massage in Montreal, Quebec in 2007 and moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand to further study Thai massage therapy and reflexology at the Thai Massage Shivagakomarpaj School. Through her solo travels, Tracy volunteered with human trafficking victims in southeast Asia, rode her motorcycle through Laos, down the coast of Vietnam and into Cambodia. In Indonesia, she found a passion for scuba diving.

She is well known for creating soul revitalizing and life transformative yoga-adventure retreats around the globe. She teaches Yin, alignment-based Vinyasa with ashtanga undertones, and a style that she created called Moon/YIN Yoga (Moon salutations blended with yin yoga). Since the birth of her daughter she also offers Prenatal, Postnatal, and Mommy & Me Yoga with Infant Massage. Now a southern California based yoga teacher, Tracy is proud to call Ramona home.  She is the founder of Pop Up Yoga Ramona.  Learn more about Tracy at www.tracyaleksic.com.

Victoria Moore, Practitioner

Toxins are everywhere. In our food, our environment, and within our own minds! What we put on our plates, who (and what) we choose to spend most of our time on, and certain thought patterns have a way of empowering us or hindering us on this journey called life. When life is getting you down, it’s important to find the support you need to really step into your best version emotionally, spirituality, and physically.

That’s where Victoria comes in: As a passionate Wellness Advocate and Author, she is on a mission to awaken people to their limitless potential and offer them the tools (workshops, courses, books, and coaching) they need to thrive, naturally.

Ultimately, what inspired Victoria to launch Yogi Mami, was her first pregnancy. Once she was to become a mother, she was particularly mindful about keeping her loved ones safe and healthy. After learning more and more about the harmful ingredients in our food, household and personal care products, she knew a change needed to be made, in not only her personal life, but in the lives of other moms.

Currently certified in Yoga, Chakra Balancing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Mindful Nutrition, Mindfulness for Children, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Aroma Freedom Technique, she is here for women as a trusted ally who strives to make the world a brighter place than when she first entered it. Her purpose and her passion is to empower and educate others to live happier and healthier.

Tori Washington, Practitioner

I'm a San Diego based Spiritual Lifestyle Educator + Energy Healer.
Obsessed with: gingerberry GT kombucha, thin crust margarita pizza and all the crystals in the Universe.

I create products for women who struggle with self-doubt and are yearning for a deeper connection with themselves. I am lucky to teach them how to solve money issues, relationship strains and career blockages ALL by transforming their self-image and increasing their worth.

When I'm not co-creating with amazing soul-sisters, you can catch me traveling (I love visiting my second home - Chicago!), loving on my bestfriend's dog (how cute is she?!), drinking all the boochcraft and chasing the sun.

If you’re dying to hear more, here are five things you might not know about me: 1) I am NOT a morning person. Contrary to popular belief, my ideal time to wake up is between 8am - 9am. 2) My mom is my bestfriend in the whole world. We're convinced we were once sisters in another life. 3) I'm originally from Detroit, Michigan but lived in Chicago the last 6 years before moving to San Diego. 4) I am obsessed with the desert and the mountains. 5) I used to get my hair professionally straightened every two weeks to avoid my curly hair. It's been two years since I've gone all-natural and it feels SO good!!!
